Date:  Saturday, January 31st, 2009   Schedule of Events:  11am - 12 noon:  Registration for all competitors  12 noon:  Mandatory Rules review for all competitors 12:15pm:  Kids Divisions Start  2pm:  Tenative Start for the Adults Divisions   Location:  Warrior-One Martial Arts Supply                      17034 Aurora Avenue North                      Shoreline,  WA   98133                     (206) 697-9003   Cost:  $30 Pre-registered,  $35 Day of Event   Format:  Double Elimination   Awards:  Medals for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place, and participation medals for all other competitors.        Tournament Rules:  This is a Modified Mixed Martial Arts Tournament that allows kicking, punching, throws/takedowns, pins/hold downs, and submissions while wearing a gi/kimono and protective gear.  It is a controlled contact format that is geared towards creating a fun test for your martial arts skills in as safe a manner as possible.  Please review all of the rules in the document below.
